Service Request

Fill out the service form. If you're a dealer, you must log-in first.

Ship Your Gear

Once approved, pack your items (see video guide below) and send them to our Service Center.

Assessment & Repair

We inspect your gear, give a cost estimate, and carry out the service. Dealers will get invoiced, public customers receive a payment link.

Return Delivery

Your equipment is shipped back — fully serviced, tested, and ready for your next dive.
