Terms and Conditions for Service
Reel Diving takes responsibility for the equipment while it is at Reel Diving for service and during shipment arranged by Reel Diving.
All services sent to Reel Diving will incur a starting cost, which covers administration and troubleshooting.
Service Agreement Recognition: If the service agreement is not recognized within 90 days, the service will be canceled. The cost for the work already performed will be invoiced to the customer.
Collateral for Non-Credit Customers: For non-credit customers, Reel Diving will hold the equipment as collateral until payment is confirmed.
If payment is not received within 90 days after payment information is sent to the customer, Reel Diving reserves the right to sell the equipment as payment for the service.
Customer Responsibility for Shipping and Customs Costs: Customers are responsible for all shipping and customs costs associated with sending equipment to and from Reel Diving for non-warranty service. For warranty service, customers are responsible for shipping costs to Reel Diving, but the cost for return shipping is covered by Reel Diving.
